Denver Broncos cornerback Aqib Talib will likely be released from Dallas’ Medical City Hospital on Monday after he was shot in the lower right leg Sunday morning.

The team confirmed on Twitter Sunday night that he will not travel to the White House on Monday, when President Obama will honor the Broncos for winning Super Bowl 50.
